Favourite WordPress plugins

I only found out this morning that yesterday (28th Jan) was Thank A Plugin Developer Day over at WordPress, the idea being a day focused on given thanks and financial support to the thousands of WordPress plugin developers.

Well I missed it, so I feel the need to make amends.

When I design a website for a holiday rental property owner, there are several WordPress plugins I use to make the site really work. Editing and optimising images

I’m a website designer for holiday rental property owners, and one of the questions that crops up all the time is image size and quality. 

Whereas the majority of UK households are now on broadband, many around the world are not, and indeed, the definition of broadband is pretty loose. Adding a favicon to your WordPress blog

Someone asked me how to use a favicon with a WordPress blog the other day, and it wasn’t as simple as adding a favicon to a traditional website.
