I’m a big lover of background photography on Wordpress themes, (the theme on this site Aeros uses background images) so I decided to make my own, which I’m releasing today, called Photo Lover (demo here).
The Photo Lover Wordpress theme is perfect for holiday rental websites, but also for photographers, illustrators and I’m sure many other users.

Wordpress training videos on Gite Guru
A while back I did a couple of training videos showing people how to get Wordpress set up on their servers.
Recently I’ve noticed that, particularly with new customers, it’s sometimes difficult to talk someone through the basic functionality of Wordpress when you’re not in the same room looking at the same screen (which we’re inevitably not!).
With that in mind, I’ve started producing some really simple training videos and sticking them up on the site for clients and non-clients alike. So far I’ve covered writing a Wordpress post, writing a Wordpress page, Adding Images to a post or Page, and changing your Wordpress page order. All these videos can be found in the Wordpress Tutorials category of the site.
Coming up are using the widgets area of your theme, and some of the more advanced plugins such as next gen gallery.Done.
