Une des frustrations J'ai d'abord eu avec Wordpress quand je commence à publier avec elle, c'est que souvent je voulais créer des pages sans les ajouter à la page principale de navigation. out of the box, avec la plupart des thèmes qu'il est impossible de ne. Cependant, J'ai ensuite trouvé le fabuleux Masquer plugin pages de l'instinct, qui lors de l'installation vous donne une ‘visibilité page’ option dans le ‘ajouter une nouvelle page’ interface.

This function is particularly handy when it comes to SEO, as it allows you to create SEO optimised pages, Mais ‘hide’ them away from your main page navigation. If you then deep link to these pages with your website, they’re likely to be found by search engines, but less likely to be found by website visitors. For example, I created this ‘gite concepteur de site Web’ page to improve my ranking for the search term ‘voyages Website Designer’. I already have another page on my website called ‘Gite Conception de site Web’, so the information in the ‘voyages Website Designer’ page is supplementary, but ensures that my website ranks highly for both search terms.
I’m not advocating creating pages stuffed with gobbledegook here, just well crafted pages for specific search terms you want to be found against.

This is just what I have been looking for – a way of including pages on my site but without having them on the page navigation bar. And to see that it can be used for enhancing SEO – well that is just an added bonus for me.
