Je reçois beaucoup de questions à la fois sur le site et dans des forums sur des thèmes Wordpress bien adapté à la propriété marché de la location, et je lutte toujours pour recommander un thème qui peut travailler ‘out of the box’ pour les personnes ayant seulement une connaissance de base de Wordpress. Sauf si vous savez comment modifier CSS, a lot of themes don’t fit what rental property owners need.
Ainsi, I’m releasing my first free WordPress theme called Orange Mist Random, and you can download it at the bottom of this post.
The design makes use of two key colours: orange and green. Orange because it is a warm colour that works well for most seasons (spring, summer, autumn, less so winter!) and green because it evokes nature and freshness. I’ve included a selection of images in the demo to show how versatile the colour scheme is.
I’m a great believer in the use of photography to sell your rental property to potential guests, and so I’ve coded the theme to include a ‘header image aléatoire’ function (see this post for details and code credits). In practice, this means that each time a page loads on your website / blog, a different image will load into the header, ensuring the full range of images you’ve added to the header image folder are displayed big on your website. Bien sûr, you can also still add images to posts and pages in the usual manner.

I’m releasing the theme for free under a Creative Commons Share Alike license (details and installation instructions in the read_me.txt file in the zip folder), please ensure you leave the link to my website in the footer to comply with the license. If you want to remove the link, you can do so by paying me a small 50 Euro fee.
If you want any support with the theme, or if you need any amends such as colour changes, font changes, sidebar layout changes etc drop me a line using the contact form and I’ll give you a cost estimate for it (most minor amends will be less than 50 Euros).

Great theme, suggest maybe for developments rather then landscapes.
You don’t see much orange in websites. It doesn’t look too bad

Dont really like these 2 colours together. Individually yes but i would prefer the orange with a light brown.
