Most of the WordPress training videos on Gite Guru use Camtasia Studio for the screen recording. It’s a great bit of kit, but is a bit of a sledgehammer for cracking a relatively small nut and weighs in pretty expensive.
I’ve been playing with Screentoast for the past few months, and it’s good, but lacked audio recording capability until the most recent release.
Now that the audio issue’s solved, it’s a free, download-free screen recording tool with one click uploading to free video hosting site. That makes it a really useful tool to developers like me and I won’t be replacing my Camtasia Studio license.
