WordPress Tutorial 7: Getting your Google Map code

One of the things nearly all my websites feature is a map, and Google very kindly gives you the ability to make your own custom map, which can then be embedded directly within the page. You can see a demo here.

If your location is particularly remote, it’s sometimes a problem for me to find exactly where on the map your property is located, which is important if customers are using that map as a reference point for finding you. With that in mind, it’s usually best if you create the map, and send me the ‘iframe’ code I need to put it in the website.
